Executive Networking Coaching

We will meet with the executives in a one-on-one basis or in a small group on a face-to-face basis, telephone or email. There will be 2 sessions per month, of about half an hour each.

Coaching is a powerful relationship designed to forward and enhance the lifelong process of human learning, effectiveness and fulfillment. Coaching provides a structure for self-awareness, personal growth and personal accountability, which directly leads to sustained behavioural change and transformation.

How executive networking coaching works:
As both the coach and client are responsible for the relationship they discuss and agree on the process, method and frequency of the coaching sessions. In addition, they discuss and agree upon principles such as accountability and confidentiality. We will begin to explore your own personal networking and help to widen that network. Networking is an essential tool in today’s economy. Many individuals do not network as much as they should. We will help you open up that network.
