Room Layout:

5 people at a table to facilitate group work for in-house workshops

1. Alternatively we require a U shape room for in-house training.
2. Cinema style: aisles within sections that are angled and wide enough for Karl to circulate.
3. School room set up must be avoided, if possible.

The Speaker's needs:

1. Hand held wireless/cordless microphone for conferences and large audiences.
2. Lighting, ventilation and room temperature are critical. ALL lights must be up to facilitate communication, interaction and conversation .

• If you have break-away rooms, please notify Karl.
• Flipchart, easel & markers for programmes exceeding 1 hour.
• If it is a banquet set-up, please notify Karl.
• Data projector is required, unless notified otherwise by Karl in writing.
• Please complete the pre-programme questionnaire.
