Travel and accommodation arrangements for the presenter will be made by the client or it can be performed by ExecuEdge provided that the deposit is adjusted to 80% of fee.

Please email copies of the arrangements to us at least 24 hours before departure. The information below serves as guidelines and you are encouraged to contact Karl to finalise the travel and accommodation arrangements.

1. Accommodation
Non-smoking room at a Holiday Inn, City Lodge or similar hotel or Guest houses with similar privacy may be booked.

2. Return flights (Business)
Departing Cape Town a day before the time, after 8h00 to arrive before 13h00 to avoid heavy traffic in cases where the training or engagement commences the next morning.

Departing Cape Town the same day after 10h00 but before 13h00 where engagements commence after 16h00.

3. Car hire
VW Polo or a similar car is required with air condition. The car will be collected and dropped at the Airports.
